Sam has over eight years experience provide legal and business advice in Latin America and Australia. Educated at the University of Otago, New Zealand, and admitted to practise in both New Zealand and Victoria, Australia, Sam has worked on a wide variety of projects dealing with various international clients investing in Latin America since 2008.
José Tomás was born in Coyhaique, Patagonia, Chile and understands the Chilean legal and political environment. He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile School of Law with distinction. He specialises in commercial and corporate law that includes business and transaction structures, employment law, due diligence reporting and corporate governance. José Tomás was formerly a principal lawyer with a boutique Chilean firm servicing the need of foreign investors in Chile. He has over 7 years of experience. José is fluent in English and has lived and worked in Australia.
